For the first time in Philippine’s history, automatic vote-counting machines have been used and authorities are confident that this will bring an end to the blame game. It had become a common practice that every political party tended to use the same way of blaming others of rigging after loosing in the elections. Clearly, it is up to people that which kind of representatives they choose for them. These elected bodies are answerable before their electorates but in third world countries like Philippines the situation is different. Here, political parties support their candidates through rigging and make their own government.
